Alana’s love for piano stems from her earlier childhood, playing the piano that sat in her parents cafe. From age 4 she learnt how to play with two hands and went on to play for special guests from Parliament visiting her local primary school. Throughout her childhood and adolescence, Alana continued to receive coaching and lessons up until her early 20’s. Having a background in teaching, she went on to study at Hillsong International Leadership College with Musicianship and Songwriting as her main focus. She continues to write her own music in her influenced genres, such as pop, jazz as well as gospel.
Alana has been teaching music all around Sydney in both groups and private classes. She believes that having a great relationship with students is the key to have an enjoyable class. Her fun and easy-going personalities help her to help students grow in their confidence, skill and love for music
