Errika is an inspiring music teacher who is devoted in helping her students achieve a consistent high level of performing and playing. She has 15 years of teaching experience having taught at several music schools, as well as provided keyboard group lessons to various primary schools around Sydney. She has provided assistance with both AMEB and Trinity exams and all students have either achieved an A or B, with several A+ students. Errika believes that one greatly significant aspect in music lessons, especially with young beginners, is for the students to enjoy their lessons and create a passion for it, that will make them want to practice.
Errika teaches piano, flute, singing, guitar, drums and music theory and she graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Music degree and she performed at a graduand Associate and Licentiate of Music level.
She is a skillful musician having given performances in wind ensembles, chamber orchestras, jazz ensembles including at the Conservatorium of Music and Sydney Opera House. She has undertaken further advanced music studies at the Conservatorium, masterclasses and seminars. She is passionate about learning and developing her analytical skills and so, after studying her law degree, she has decided to focus on primary school teaching by completing her Master of Teaching degree at Western Sydney University.
